Carefully look for the blogger ID and copy it out (19 digits numbers between the = and # symbols ) Blog ID is a nineteen digits unique numbers assigned to every blogs hosted on Blogger Platform.

Copy the following URL to the address bar of your mobile phone browser, http://www.blogger.com/rearrange?blogID=4938908689830572009. Edit the URL and replace the above nineteen digits numbers colored in blue with your own blogger ID before clicking go. You can log into you blogger dashboard if you're prompted to. And start adding,editing and arranging your blogger blog layout with mobile phone browser.
